The Challenge
The institution needed to modernize its internal and external communication. The previous system was fragmented and difficult to update, which led to misinformation among parents and delays in publishing important academic announcements.
The Solution
A WordPress-based portal was developed with a simplified management panel for administrative staff. We implemented a hierarchical announcement system, social media integration, and a navigation architecture designed for fast access from mobile devices, where 80% of parent visits occur.
The Result
The new digital ecosystem has centralized all the institutional life of the school. The speed of information has improved drastically, and the satisfaction of the educational community has risen notably thanks to the ease of finding schedules, news, and educational resources in one place.
